Responsibilities
- Participating in HR strategy development and implementation;
- Creating strong partnership with business (team leaders, project managers and tech leads);
- Coaching and advising Team Leaders and employees on talent and performance management;
- Continuously support enhancing employee engagement, promoting corporate culture and ways of working;
- Facilitating the resolution of employee relation issues that arise within the teams;
- Conducting analytics and reporting in people area.
Requirements
Hard skills:
- Talent acquisition: structured and competencies-based interview, assessment centers;
- HR Metrics and analysis methods;
- Onboarding: stages, tools, methods;
- GSuite, HRIS (HiBob as a plus), Slack;
- C&B basics: grading, motivation, experience with salary reviews;
- Knowledge of systems and platforms for corporate communications;
- Managing employee engagement and turnover;
- Retention.
