Content Creation:
  - Develop and manage content plans (creation, maintenance, adjustment, check).
  - Write texts (narratives, interviews) and lead the full cycle of material creation (from finding authors, and assisting in formulating topics to release and post-production, managing their tasks and deadlines).
  - Translate and adapt texts for target media platforms (English, Russian).
  - Work with visuals – images, illustrations (task definitions, collaboration with designers or AI for creating illustrations).
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of digital special projects.

Content Delivery:
  - Manage the company’s social media (LinkedIn) and support career platforms (career site, hh.ru, Huntflow, Glassdoor).
  - Publish articles by our employees on Habr and Medium.
  - Monitor and analyze user activity, respond to comments, and interact with the audience.

Promotion of Materials:
  - Implement social media promotion strategies.
  - Work with 3rd party communities and placement of materials there (advertising, barter, partnership).
  - Analytics and trend-watching of competitors.
  - Check metrics across platforms (subscribers, views, reactions, comments, engagement).

• Experience in editing or content management, preferably in the IT sphere.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• English language proficiency at the B2-C1 level.
• Understanding of current trends in social media and experience working with them.
• Knowledge of SEO basics and analytical skills.
• Ability to present complex technical topics in a simple and understandable language.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Understanding and ability to navigate the IT audience.
