Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Analytics Department, encompassing Product Analytics, A/B Testing, Data Science/Advanced Analytics, and Analytical Infrastructure teams.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected, and make certain that the gathered data is trustworthy and can be relied upon for making critical business decisions.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, ensuring that data insights are integral to decision-making processes.
- Collaborate closely with the CPO, CEO, and various teams, including product development, marketing, and engineering, to support data-driven decisions and initiatives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of advanced data models and analytics tools.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements in product analytics to enhance user experience, optimize platform performance, and drive business growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics and related technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing analytics teams and projects in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment.
- Expertise in ensuring data accuracy and integrity, along with proficiency in data science, machine learning, statistical analysis, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of data infrastructure and big data technologies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Passion for digital entertainment, gaming is a plus.
