Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process;
  • Screen and interview potential candidates, ensuring cultural and professional alignment.
  • Attend job fairs and networking events to promote our brand and attract talent;
  • Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field;
  • HR projects: automation of hiring process, HR analytics, performance metrics etc;
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Russian and Greek is mandatory.
  • Good English language knowledge;  
  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the tech or e-commerce sector;

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Strong networking skills and a proven track record of successful placements;
  • Self-motivated with a passion for connecting talent with the right opportunities.
