Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process;
Screen and interview potential candidates, ensuring cultural and professional alignment.
Attend job fairs and networking events to promote our brand and attract talent;
Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field;
HR projects: automation of hiring process, HR analytics, performance metrics etc;
Collaborate with the wider HR team on initiatives and projects as needed.

Proficiency in Russian and Greek is mandatory.
Good English language knowledge;
Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the tech or e-commerce sector;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
Strong networking skills and a proven track record of successful placements;
Self-motivated with a passion for connecting talent with the right opportunities.
