Responsibilities
- Create, edit and review content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and product
- Ensure all content produced by the team is on-brand, consistent in tone and voice, and meets quality standards.
- Manage the content creation workflow, assign tasks, and set deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content projects.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to provide promotional texts, visuals, and videos for various marketing campaigns, social media and events
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation, copywriting, design, and video production.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, and use insights to optimize future content strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of branding, brand guidelines, and tone of voice.
- Genuine interest and ideally experience in Generative AI is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with users and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in editing and proofreading to ensure high-quality content.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of content creators.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools and software.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
