Responsibilities
- Eliciting, systematizing, and formalizing solution requirements (including User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and business process diagrams);
- Managing the requirements lifecycle, including processing change requests, analyzing and documenting impacts on existing requirements, and maintaining documentation;
- Engaging in constant interaction with the development team, business departments, and other stakeholders throughout the task implementation process;
- Ensuring the developed functionality aligns with both the initial business requirements and the proposed solution requirements;
- Collaborating closely with the product manager and product designer in designing new functionalities;
- Participating in the development of both the product and internal processes, and proposing improvements.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to see the big picture without losing sight of the details;
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders;
- Agility in adapting to new processes and overcoming associated challenges; Familiarity with business process modeling notations;
- Basic knowledge of product management and an understanding of key product metrics is preferred.
